Annie (“we”, “us”) is an AI marketing workspace. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Annie, including when you connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and how that data is used.
Who this covers
This policy applies to the Annie web application and related APIs operated for customers who create an Annie workspace.
Account information
When you sign up we store your name, email address, workspace name, and authentication credentials needed to keep you signed in. We use this to operate your account, send product notifications you opt into (for example Telegram digests), and provide support.
Google user data
If you connect Google, Annie requests limited OAuth access so we can:
- Read Google Analytics (GA4) metrics for properties you select (traffic, engagement, and related reports).
- Read Google Search Console performance data for sites you select (queries, clicks, impressions, and positions).
We only access Google data for the properties and sites you explicitly choose in Annie. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow independent use of that data by other parties except as needed to operate Annie’s infrastructure (for example encrypted storage and secure hosting).
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to fetch the analytics you asked Annie to show and to keep the connection working. You can disconnect Google at any time in Annie; disconnecting revokes Annie’s stored tokens for that workspace.
Website and marketing data
Annie may crawl or analyze public pages of websites you add, store SEO / GEO findings, strategy documents you generate, and content drafts. That data stays inside your workspace and is used to provide Annie’s product features (audits, recommendations, approvals, and optional GitHub pull requests you authorize).
Other integrations
If you connect GitHub, messaging, or publishing tools, Annie stores the connection metadata and tokens required for those features, under the same workspace isolation and encryption practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that host or process Annie (for example cloud hosting and database providers), when required by law, or when you instruct Annie to take an action (for example opening a pull request on your GitHub repository).
Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. Google tokens are removed when you disconnect Google or delete the connection. You may request deletion of your workspace data by contacting support using the email associated with your Annie account.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS), encrypted token storage, and workspace-scoped access controls so one customer cannot read another customer’s data.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google or other integrations from Annie’s Integrations settings, sign out, or request account deletion. Google account permissions can also be reviewed at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Contact
Questions about this policy or Google user data: contact the Annie operator using the support email shown on your Annie workspace, or the developer contact listed on Annie’s Google OAuth consent screen.
