Terms of Service
Last updated September 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Annie, an AI marketing workspace. By creating an account or using Annie, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Annie helps teams generate marketing strategy, run SEO and GEO audits, draft content, review approvals, and optionally open code changes via connected tools such as GitHub. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your Annie account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and use Annie only for websites and accounts you are authorized to manage.
Connected services
When you connect Google, GitHub, or other providers, you authorize Annie to access those services within the scopes you grant. You must comply with each provider’s terms. Annie does not replace your obligations under Google’s or GitHub’s policies.
Approvals and automation
Some actions (publishing, merging pull requests, applying SEO fixes) may require your explicit approval depending on your workspace settings. You remain responsible for reviewing and accepting changes Annie proposes before they go live.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Annie, attempt to access other customers’ data, reverse engineer the service in violation of law, or use Annie to violate applicable laws or third-party rights (including spam or deceptive practices).
Intellectual property
Annie and its software remain our property. Content you provide (site URLs, brand materials, drafts you create) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate Annie for your workspace.
Disclaimer
Annie is provided “as is.” Marketing, SEO, and AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review recommendations before acting on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Annie is limited to the amounts you paid us for Annie in the three months before the claim (or zero if you use a free tier).
Termination
You may stop using Annie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
